Program Overview:

Initial Assessment Call (30–45 minutes):
We’ll start with a one-on-one strategy call where you can lay everything out your goals, ideas, frustrations, and roadblocks. This conversation helps us understand where you are and exactly what you need.

Custom Homework Packet: I got the verbiage, but it's not pretty.
Following the assessment, your representative will create a personalized packet tailored to your business. This becomes your working foundation built to bring clarity, direction, and structure to your next steps.

Ongoing Sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays):
You’ll meet with your representative once or twice a week, depending on your schedule and goals. These sessions are designed to create order, resolve bottlenecks, and prepare your business for growth.

Post-Session Communication:
After each session, you’ll receive a recap email summarizing key takeaways and outlining homework for the next session. This keeps you organized, focused, and always moving forward.

Most clients complete the Ducks in a Row program in 4 to 12 weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of your business and how quickly you want to move. Our role is to keep you aligned and supported every step of the way.
